Veggie Omelet – A Healthy & Delicious Breakfast!
This colorful omelet is packed with fresh vegetables and melty cheese for a perfect start to your day!

Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup (60ml) milk (optional, for fluffier texture)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup bell peppers (diced)
- ¼ cup onions (chopped)
- ¼ cup mushrooms (sliced) (optional)
- ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil

Instructions:
- Prepare the Eggs : In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Sauté the Vegetables : Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add butter or oil. Cook the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Cook the Omelet : Pour the whisked eggs over the veggies, tilting the pan to spread evenly. Let it cook for 2–3 minutes until the edges start to set.
- Add Cheese & Fold : Sprinkle the cheese on one side, then gently fold the omelet in half. Cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
