  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup (60ml) milk (optional, for fluffier texture)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup bell peppers (diced)
  • ¼ cup onions (chopped)
  • ¼ cup mushrooms (sliced) (optional)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
