Banana Pancakes:
These flourless banana pancakes are simple, delicious, and perfect for a healthy breakfast!
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 2 large eggs
- ½ tsp baking powder (optional, for fluffier pancakes)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tsp butter or coconut oil (for cooking)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Batter:
- In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
- Add the eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Whisk until well combined.
2. Cook the Pancakes:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add butter or coconut oil.
- Pour small amounts of batter to form pancakes (about 2–3 inches wide).
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
