This Cheese & Beef Croissant is a warm, flaky pastry filled with melted cheese and savory beef—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a quick snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 croissant (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 slices of beef
  • 2 slices of cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or Gruyère work great)
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, for extra richness)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Assemble the Croissant:

  • Slice the croissant in half, horizontally.
  • Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of the croissant.
  • Add beef slices on top of the cheese.
  • Place another slice of cheese on top of the beef.

3. Bake the Croissant:

  • Close the croissant and place it on a baking sheet.
