- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in half lengthwise to make 4 thin cutlets)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian-style)

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ cup all-purpose flour

- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Breading Stations:
- In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg and milk together.
