- 1 can (220g/8 oz) water chestnuts, drained & diced
- 3 green onions, chopped

- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sriracha or chili paste (optional for heat)
- 1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar
3- For Serving:
- 1 head of butter lettuce, iceberg, or romaine (leaves separated)
- Sesame seeds & extra green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha (if using), and honey. Set aside.
