  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the feta and tomatoes:
    • In a baking dish, place the block of feta in the center.
    • Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes around the feta.
    • Drizzle the olive oil over the feta and tomatoes.
    • Sprinkle minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper on top.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the feta is golden and soft, and the tomatoes are roasted and starting to burst.
  3. Cook the pasta:
    • While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook your pasta according to the package instructions. Be sure to reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
