- 1 medium carrot, julienned

For the Teriyaki Sauce:
- ¼ cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (to thicken)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Beef:
- In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with cornstarch (this helps keep it tender).
- Let it sit while you prepare the veggies and sauce.
- Make the Teriyaki Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
