Ingredients:
- 1 large tortilla (whole wheat or regular)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk (optional, for fluffier eggs)
- ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your choice)
- ¼ cup salsa (mild or spicy)
- ¼ cup black beans (optional)
- ¼ avocado (sliced, optional)
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Scramble the Eggs:
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter or olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour in the eggs and cook, stirring gently, until just set.
- Assemble the Burrito:
