Ingredients:
- 1 flatbread or small pizza crust
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- ¼ cup bell peppers, diced
- ¼ cup spinach or arugula
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Red pepper flakes or hot sauce (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
