Who says pizza is just for dinner? This Breakfast Pizza is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day. Packed with protein-rich eggs, melty cheese, and fresh veggies, it’s a balanced meal that keeps you full and energized. Plus, it’s quick to make and easy to customize with your favorite toppings!

Ingredients:

  • 1 flatbread or small pizza crust
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • ¼ cup bell peppers, diced
  • ¼ cup spinach or arugula
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes or hot sauce (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the flatbread – Brush it with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. Scramble the eggs – Cook the eggs in a pan over medium heat until just set.
  4. Assemble the pizza – Spread the scrambled eggs over the flatbread, then sprinkle cheese, tomatoes, bell peppers, and spinach on top.
  5. Bake for about 8–10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot, with red pepper flakes or hot sauce if desired.
