Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (dairy, almond, coconut, or oat)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • ¼ cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions:
