This creamy, crunchy, and protein-packed salad is perfect for a light yet satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

For the Salad:

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 grilled chicken breast (sliced)
  • ½ cup croutons
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (shaved or grated)

For the Caesar Dressing:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Grill the Chicken: Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest, then slice.
  2. Make the Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing. Add croutons and mix well.
  4. Top with Chicken & Cheese: Arrange the sliced grilled chicken on top and sprinkle with shaved Parmesan.
