Ingredients:
For the Wraps:
- 2 large whole wheat or regular tortillas
- 1/2 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper (red, yellow, or green), thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup baby spinach or lettuce
- 1/4 cup feta cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
Optional Additions:
- 1/2 cup chickpeas, mashed or whole (for extra protein)
- 1 tbsp tahini or Greek yogurt drizzle
- A pinch of salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash and slice all veggies into thin strips.
2. Assemble the Wrap:
