Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup, if preferred)
  • ½ banana (optional, for added creaminess)
  • 1 tsp almond extract (optional, for extra almond flavor)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients:
    • In a blender, combine the raspberries, almond milk, honey, and banana (if using).
    • Add the almond extract if you want a more pronounced almond flavor.
    • If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can also add a few ice cubes.
  2. Blend until Smooth:
    • Blend all the ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. If needed, you can add a little more almond milk to adjust the consistency.
  3. Serve:
    • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!
