Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Butter or oil for cooking
  • Honey for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pancake Batter:
