Ingredients
1- For the Base:
- 2 large ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice (to prevent browning)
2- For the Tuna Salad Filling:
- 1 can (150g) tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon celery, finely chopped (optional, for crunch)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
3- For the Chicken Salad Filling:
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
4- For Garnishing (Optional):
- Chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Pumpkin seeds or chopped nuts for crunch

Instructions
- Prepare the Avocados:
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and lightly scoop out a small amount of flesh to make space for the filling.
- Sprinkle the inside with lemon or lime juice to keep them fresh.
- Make the Filling:
- In a bowl, mix together all ingredients for either the tuna salad or chicken salad.
- Stir well until fully combined.
- Fill the Avocados:
