Ingredients:
- 1 large tortilla (whole wheat, spinach, or regular)
- 3–4 slices turkey breast (deli-style or leftover roasted turkey)
- 1 slice cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese or mayonnaise (optional)
- 2–3 lettuce leaves
- 2 slices tomato
- ¼ cup shredded carrots (optional)
- ¼ avocado (sliced, optional)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Wrap: Lay the tortilla flat and spread cream cheese or mayonnaise evenly over it.
- Layer the Ingredients: Place turkey slices, cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, shredded carrots, and avocado on the tortilla. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll It Up: Fold in the sides, then roll the wrap tightly from the bottom up.
