Perfect for lunch or a light dinner, this wrap is fresh, flavorful, and easy to customize.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large tortilla (whole wheat, spinach, or regular)
  • 3–4 slices turkey breast (deli-style or leftover roasted turkey)
  • 1 slice cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese or mayonnaise (optional)
  • 2–3 lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices tomato
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots (optional)
  • ¼ avocado (sliced, optional)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Wrap: Lay the tortilla flat and spread cream cheese or mayonnaise evenly over it.
  2. Layer the Ingredients: Place turkey slices, cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, shredded carrots, and avocado on the tortilla. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll It Up: Fold in the sides, then roll the wrap tightly from the bottom up.
  4. Slice & Serve: Cut in half and enjoy!
